Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4: Shock N’ Awesome has added a number of new features, characters, and quirks to the long-running game. But perhaps one of the most disruptive additions is the Springleg medallion, which brings some wild mobility to Fortnite. In the clip below, one player uses that medallion to leap around another player as if he was a cartoon character.
The clip was shared online by a Reddit user going by jhhxft, who compared the other player to Bugs Bunny. Meanwhile, YouTube user JoeyPorsche shared a video of the Springleg and Surge medallions used in conjunction with each other.
It’s unclear how these mobility options will be received by regulars, or if Epic Games will feel the need to tweak the abilities of the Springleg medallion in the future.
Some of the other prominent additions this season include the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and a new Halo Spartan skin. Epic Games has also lined up a new round of Twitch drops starting today and going through August 10.
Outside of the game, Eminem recently had a good reaction when someone recognized him as “the guy from Fortnite.” And rumors suggest that Friday the 13’s Jason Voorhees and Scream’s Ghostface will be joining Fortnite in the near future.
