Now now don’t assume stuff. This is the same CEO who release GTA remastered the definitive edition and we know those were broken. Same CEO who charged $50 for a straight up port of original RDR and just look at what they have done to NBA 2K series and how it has become a casino instead of a game
They are giving GTA all the time because it’s a game that’s projected to gross between 6-8 billion in sales. So they need it to be in the best quality possible
