sorry, to be clear I was being facetious since King and Zenimax Online recently voted to unionise and then by pure coincidence I’m sure, they were the hardest hit by layoffs.
If MS could, they’d get rid of all of their staff and then re-hire them as contractors. Probably at more cost, but without all the employee benefits they’d get if they were permanent. They will hate their teams doing this and now imo they’ll become a big target.
