Good Deed #2: Insult to Injury
For this particular quest, you want to go straight then left along the main road just past the APC. You should see an abandoned shed and, beyond that, there’s a ruined fort. There’s a corpse by the side of the road and the poor fella has the Antenna Key.
Next, progress the Marastan main quest until you finish the task from an NPC named Talis. He’ll give you a different key that lets you enter the tunnel that leads to the observatory.
Head deeper into the tunnels until you see a cliffside opening. Drop down the ledges and use the Antenna Key on the broadcast tower. This allows you to deactivate it completely.
