The Kindle Scribe is one of the most popular options in the Kindle range, and it’s no wonder why; a device that combines reading and writing was always going to go down a treat. It is, however, more expensive than the Kindle or Kindle Paperwhite, so upgrading doesn’t come cheap. That is until now, because you can get a like-new Kindle Scribe for way less.
As of Sept. 17, you can purchase the 32GB model for $282.22 at Amazon. It’s described as “like new” condition, and as with all Amazon refurbished devices, it has been “refurbished, tested, and certified to look and work like new and comes with the same limited warranty as a new device.”
The Scribe recently underwent a redesign, giving it a flush-front display and an upgraded Premium Pen (which comes with the device). You can now write on your books, so if you’re a margins person, don’t hold back. AI notebook tools will also help to summarize your notes, as well as change the length and tone.
It has a 10.2-inch 300 ppi Paperwhite display, so it’s glare-free like the original Kindle. And as you’d expect from Kindle, the battery life is incredible, promising to last up to 12 weeks.
