Black Bolt is an absolute banger of a set to end the Scarlet and Violet era. It has chase cards worth over $400 in Victini ex and Zakrom ex Black White Rares, which is pushing secondary market values of anything Black Bolt slightly above it’s twin set, White Flare. So when TCGplayer has the Black Bolt Binder Collection for $5.94 less than Amazon at $50, it’s a good idea to snap it up.

Whilst the Black White Rares are exclusive to Black Bolt and White Flare, it’s setting the trend for the next era of Mega Evolutions and it’s first expansion, Phantasmal Flames.
