Early Prime Big Deal Days TV deals: Insignia 65-inch QLED down to $299.99

September 29, 2025

Amazon shocked us all by actually having good TV deals during Prime Day in July — historically, Amazon hadn’t exactly been a hot spot for TV deals outside of Fire TVs. There’s no reason to not expect Amazon to bring the same energy for October Prime Day (Prime Big Deal Days, to be official). Evidence is already popping up.

The TV deals list isn’t popping off just yet in the week preceding the Oct. 7 and 8 sale, but there are some gems scattered in there. In particular, Amazon is killing it with the cheap QLED TV selection — multiple 65-inch and 75-inch QLEDs have dropped below $500.

All TVs chosen below have 4K resolution and LED backlighting at the least. If any model bumps up to 8K resolution or QLED or OLED lighting, we’ll note it specifically.

Note: Deals with a 🔥 have dropped to an all-time low price.

Why we like it

The most affordable 65-inch QLED TV we’re seeing so far is the same one that was the cheapest 65-inch during Prime Day over the summer — but it’s even cheaper now. Snag Insignia’s QF Series QLED for $299.99 versus $329.99 in July.

Mashable Deals

If you’ve never had a QLED TV before, this XL Insignia model is a great low-stakes opportunity to upgrade. Customers in the reviews seem to be more than satisfied with its picture quality and color vibrancy for the price. As a budget QLED, you can’t expect this model to stunt in HDR like a premium Samsung QLED would. But compared to your old LED TV, you’ll quickly see the difference those quantum dots are making — they’ll especially pop when watching football in the daytime.
