Get the Bose QuietComfort Ultras for $284 for a limited time and save $145

SAVE $145: During Prime Big Deal Days, Amazon just dropped a lightning deal on the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones, bringing them down to $284. This is the first time the QuietComfort Ultras have dipped under $300, giving you $145 in savings and 34% off.

Amazon is not playing around with deals during its October Prime Day event. We’ve been thoroughly impressed by the hundreds of deals that we woke to this morning. Kindles, Apple Watches, and so much more have reached their lowest prices ever. Throughout Prime Big Deal Days, which runs from Oct. 7 to 8, Amazon is dropping Today’s Big Deals at 3:01 a.m. EST, 11:01 a.m. EST, and 4:01 p.m. EST. These are lightning deals that are only available for a limited time, and their latest brings some major savings.

As of Oct. 7, you can now get the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones for $284. That saves you $145 off its $429 list price. Not to mention, this is the lowest price ever on the headphones and the first time they’ve dropped below $300. There is a small catch — this price is only available on the Ultras in the color Deep Plum. But honestly, I’m not complaining. The Deep Plum color rocks.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultras are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever tested. Having worn them for a full eight-hour workday, they didn’t cause any ear fatigue even when I wore them with glasses and earrings. And to carry me through the workday, they also have an impressive battery life, providing 24 hours of playback. The Bose headphones on sale are the first-generation Ultra models. Since the 2nd-gen model just came out, we’re not surprised they’re not getting a discount quite yet.

If you’re really not vibing with the Deep Plum color, the good news is the rest of the colors are on sale too; they’re just priced a bit higher. At $329, though, the rest of the Bose QuietComfort Ultras are still a good deal. In fact, before the Deep Plum colorway dropped down to $284, the $329 was the best price we’d ever seen.

Mashable Deals

This is a limited-time deal that certainly won’t last. Grab the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones in Deep Plum for just $284 now.
