As the internet reels from a massive outage Monday morning, thousands of Reddit users are continuing to report problems with the platform.

Over the last four hours, there has been a massive Google Trends spike as people look up a message they are receiving while using Reddit that informs them their request rate has been limited.

This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.

Reddit’s own status page confirms they are investigating an “elevated level of errors” as of 6:24 a.m. ET.

The issues follow directly on the heels of a massive internet outage seemingly linked to an Amazon Web Services outage. In the wake of the outage, users reported issues with dozens of sites across the internet, according to Downdetector.

(Disclosure: Downdetector is owned by Ziff Davis, which also owns Mashable.)

Reddit was impacted by issues around the same time, reporting degraded performance as it deals with issues in “Reddit infrastructure.”

This is a developing story. More details will be provided as they become available.
