RE is one of the best engines out there, but damn that evidently true only when played to it’s strength. Dragons Dogma and Monster Hunter really did some damage to the name.
Cappy wanted to use it as their everything engine but didn’t make sure it could handle wide open worlds or dynamic online games first…
What really confounds me is how poorly Textures are streamed in MHWs. Part of it may not be their fault as other games that use direct storage have had streaming problems as well.
