Apple has been surprisingly generous with deals lately, and honestly, I’m not complaining. If you’ve been looking for a stationary setup that doesn’t take up your entire desk (or your entire paycheck), the Mac mini is probably the most cost-effective way to get into the M4 ecosystem. And as Tech Reporter Matt Binder points out in his comparison of the M4 Mac mini and MacBook Pro, you can get nearly the same power for more than half the price if you don’t need the portability of a laptop.
