New Helldivers 2 Warbond Adds Laser Shotguns And Explosive Hammers Next Month

January 27, 2026

Just when the dust had cleared from the Redacted Regiment warbond, Helldivers 2 players can ready themselves for some new gear starting early next month. The Siege Breakers premium warbond is about as subtle as a hammer to the face, which is fitting because that ancient tool is part of a weapons package that emphasizes there’s no kill like overkill.

Available starting February 3, the new warbond adds three new weapons and strategems, starting with the CQC-20 Breaching Hammer. Not only is this tool great for smashing; it also has an explosive charge attached to it for that extra bit of percussive maintenance. Another weapon that will let you get up close and personal with enemies is an improved version of the LAS-16 Trident. This shotgun-like weapon now fires six deadly beams, which is a vast improvement over the paltry three lasers it originally fired.

For some long-distance offense, the EAT-411 Leveller fires one high-yield missile, you can unleash an explosive barrage with the GL-28 Belt-Fed Grenade Launcher, and the G/SH-39 Shield is a throwable emplacement that can generate a projectile-blocking bubble-shield around your Helldiver. If you’re looking to rock some new killer fashion on the battlefield, you can grab the SA-8 Ram heavy armor or the SA-7 Headfirst medium armor. Both armor sets are equipped with the Supplementary Adrenaline passive, which helps you regain stamina whenever you take damage.

Completing the ensemble are two new capes–Rags of the Fashionable and Wedgeful Tricorn–and new camo patterns for your shuttle, exosuits, hellpods, and FRV. The new Display of Brawn emote can also be used for a victory pose. Like previous premium Warbonds, Siege Breakers will cost 1,000 Super Credits, and you can earn small amounts of this premium currency by playing the game. Alternatively, you can purchase it with real money.
