Amazon has kicked off a massive Buy One, Get One 50% Off special on its vast library of Blu-rays this week. As usual, all you need to do is add two eligible movies or TV shows to your cart from the eligible 4K Blu-rays, Blu-rays, and DVDs, and you’ll receive a discount equal to half the cost of the lower-priced item at checkout. As a reminder, this is a mix-and-match sale, so you don’t need to choose just movies to get the discount. You can also choose from books, board games, and more, so long as they’re included in the sale.

These are all high-quality editions of movies, and, with the classics chosen below, many are brand-new transfers scanned directly from the original camera negatives and digitized to disc. We’ve also gathered together several of the 4K steelbooks included in the sale, so if you like your movie collection to have an artistic presentation on your shelf, these are the Blu-rays to grab.

Some of our highlights here include recent 4K releases, like the superb naval film Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World starring Russell Crowe and Paul Bettany, a trio of bodacious action films from Arrow Video’s remaster of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trilogy, and the ever-popular Galaxy Quest–by Grabthar’s Hammer, what a movie.
