Looking at the number of units sold, Arc Raiders, Borderlands 4, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, as well as major annual franchises like EA Sports FC 26 and NBA 2K26, led the chart.
Player-engagement rankings favored games that encouraged longer play sessions, such as Borderlands 4 and Fantasy Life i, alongside ongoing titles like Monster Hunter Wilds and Helldivers 2. Meanwhile, the daily active users (DAU) leaned heavily toward multiplayer and live-service games like Arc Raiders, which led this category, joined by Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Battlefield 6, Fortnite, and Minecraft. Yes, there’s a lot of overlap, but there are some solid games sprinkled in for good measure.
