TL;DR: Walmart has the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Perfect Order Elite Trainer Box up for preorder at $89.63, which undercuts Amazon’s current $99.95 price and even slips below TCGplayer’s listing before shipping is added.
Where to buy the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Perfect Order Elite Trainer Box:

Elite Trainer Boxes are the hottest item for any new Pokémon TCG expansion, and you can already pre-order readily available ETBs from Perfect Order for $90. That’s thanks to Walmart undercutting other trading card storefronts.
As of March 12, Walmart has the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Perfect Order Elite Trainer Box listed for $89.63. Amazon, by comparison, has it up for preorder at $99.95, while TCGplayer shows listings starting at $89.95 plus shipping. TCGplayer’s market price also sits at $89.15, which means Walmart is landing almost exactly in that sweet spot.

Walmart isn’t just a little cheaper than Amazon — it also beats the lowest TCGplayer listing once shipping gets involved, giving collectors a chance to reserve the box without paying the kind of markup these sealed products can catch around launch. With Walmart also flagging that more than 50 units were bought since yesterday, there’s already clear demand behind this deal.
Like previous ETBs, the Pokémon TCG Perfect Order Elite Trainer Box contains nine booster packs from the expansion, a full-art foil promo card (Tyrunt), 65 card sleeves or card cases, Energy cards, a player’s guide, damage-counter dice, condition markers, dividers, a collector’s box, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live.
For more of the best prices on the Pokémon, you can also preorder the Perfect Order Build and Battle Box for under $50. Meanwhile, the Pokémon TCG Perfect Order Booster Bundle is still under market value at Amazon for $59.99.
