£74.99 ($100) Switch 2 games didn’t last long in the UK and games on key cards are annoying. Amiibo has been problematic from the start, prices a bit high, then the scalpers get hold of them, not forgetting stupid regional exclusives. On top of that, the content you get is fairly poor, then you have a figure gathering dust. For us poor gamers (me), Nintendo should’ve released Amiibo without the figures, just the bases showing who was who. I paid into a few of them during the Wii U era, but not Switch. With all of this, why would Nintendo be bothered?
