Giraffe360 raises $10M Series B to expand AI property media platform

The London-based proptech, which combines a proprietary robotic camera with an AI software stack to produce a full property media kit from a single visit, has closed its Series B led by Cipio Partners.

The premise behind Giraffe360 is straightforward: a single property visit should generate everything a real estate agent or photographer needs to market a listing.

That means HDR photography, a virtual tour, LiDAR-based floor plans in both 2D and 3D, video content, a property website, virtual staging, and social media assets, all produced from one piece of hardware without multiple visits, multiple contractors, or a production pipeline stitched together from different providers.

The London company, founded in 2016 in Riga, Latvia by brothers Mikus and Madars Opelts, has raised $10 million in a Series B to push that platform further.

The round was led by Cipio Partners, a growth equity investor focused on B2B software and technology companies. All of Giraffe360’s major existing investors returned: Founders Fund, which led the company’s $16 million Series A in November 2022, alongside Hoxton Ventures, LAUNCHub Ventures, and Change Ventures.

The new capital will support further development of Giraffe360’s AI platform, expanded product capabilities, and growth into new markets.

The company’s hardware is a robotic camera sold on subscription, giving agents and photographers access not just to the device but to the AI processing software, cloud storage, and the automated media generation tools that run behind it.

The platform uses more than 50 machine learning models to handle the image stitching, floor plan measurement, staging, and content generation that would otherwise require specialist post-production work.

The result is a compressed production timeline for property listings, which matters in markets where speed to market on a listing has direct commercial value.

Giraffe360 operates in a market with a clear incumbent: Matterport, the US company that pioneered the 3D property tour category, went public via SPAC in 2021 and was subsequently acquired by CoStar Group.

Giraffe360’s differentiation has been the breadth of its output, producing more media formats from a single capture than a Matterport scan alone delivers, and its subscription model that bundles hardware access, software, and support.

The company has customers in over 26 countries, including enterprise clients such as RE/MAX, CBRE, and BNP Paribas Real Estate, established in earlier funding rounds.

Mikus Opelts, CEO, framed the round as a timing play: “Real estate marketing shifts toward AI-powered, immersive, media-rich digital experiences,” he said, describing Giraffe360 as “building the infrastructure powering this transition, from data capture to intelligent, automated marketing.”

The Series B brings total disclosed equity funding to approximately $32 million, not including the $6 million in venture debt from Columbia Lake Partners secured alongside the Series A.
