Taylor Swift is our lady in red at a white wedding.
In the just-dropped video of “I Bet You Think About Me” feat. Chris Stapleton, Swift prances around mischievously dressed head to toe in an array of red outfits, surrounded by uptight fancy folk who are dressed all in white. She’s out of place, an outlier, wreaking havoc, and handing the bride a box containing a red scarf. (Omg could it be? The missing scarf from “All Too Well”? Have we come full circle?)
The video is written, directed, and produced by Blake Lively and forms part of Swift’s release of Red (Taylor’s Version), a re-record of her 2012 album and pretty much the only record any of us will be listening to until further notice. This track is one of the “From the Vault” songs, previously unreleased.
Something tells me SwiftTok is going to be all over this.
