iRobot’s website has quietly plopped a deal on its handheld iRobot H1 vacuum into the jumble of Black Friday Roomba deals. The handheld H1 and the bundle that turns the H1 into a stick vacuum are $75 and $100 off, respectively.
The iRobot H1 performs pretty pristinely on both hard floors and carpet, including those covered in pet hair. Even if you use a Roomba for daily floor upkeep, the handheld H1 is nice to have on hand for spot cleaning with a little more oomph — especially in places a robot vacuum can’t cover, like stairs and furniture.
The H1 uses a trigger as an on/off button, houses a dual filtration system and high-efficiency exhaust filter, and comes with an upholstery tool, a crevice tool, and a 2-in-1 combination tool. This Black Friday deal makes the H1 over $100 cheaper than the handheld Dyson Humdinger.
Compared to full-size Dyson cordless vacuums, the extended version of the iRobot H1 is cheaper than Dyson’s cheapest (the V8). This bundle includes the extender itself and a motorized cleaning tool.
