Ghost Of Tsushima Is Right, Waypoints In Gaming Need To Get In The Bin

But GTA V literally tells you where to go ontop of showing you exactly what roads to take with a gps, Days Gone also tells you what roads to take, BotW shows you where to go too with a golden dot on the map and let’s you set waypoints that shine a beam of light when you look through the scope, Death Stranding tell you exactly where to go whenever you press the compass button. All those games (excluding FC2 as I’ve never played it so I’m not sure) all have waypoints, and all hold your hand in exploring. There are games that have waypoints even when there’s no need for em, like Ni No Kuni telling you exactly what NPC to talk to, or where something “hidden” is at.
