Agreed just can’t get into the battle system. Let’s see how the sequel to like a dragon sells. The last game sold well because that was coming from older Yakuza games and there was hype around it. Now that gamers know about the battle system and the character we will see how well it does
Us longtime Yakuza game fans bought it and a lot of us won’t buy the sequel now that we know what the series is becoming so next game will definitely suffer

Totally fine that’s their decision but we as Yakuza fans feel betrayed. We have been supporting the franchise when it wasn’t selling great and kept on supporting it financially and giving it support by spreading the word

Exactly we were hoping for Yakuza Ishin yo get western release and most of them don’t even know what Yakuza Ishin is. Many played that using YouTube videos and other translation methods
Yakuza will go back to it’s root as soon as it’s not selling well as a turned based gaming
