Save 33%: For an easy way to deal with mosquitos, gnats, and more in your space, grab the Katchy automatic bug trap — as of April 14, it’s on sale for just $32.15 at Amazon, down $15.84 from its usual $47.99 price thanks to an on-page coupon.

Who doesn’t love spring and summer? The warmer weather means you can open your windows to enjoy the warm breezes of longer days and watch your houseplants come back to life. Maybe a little less welcome, though, are all the bugs that like to enjoy those days with you, in your home.

Despite that less-than-completely desirable picture just painted, we have good news: you no longer have to accept that a single mosquito can terrorize you for weeks on end. Enter the Katchy automatic bug trap, a nifty device that quietly makes your home a bug-free zone. And as of April 14, this bug trap is on sale at Amazon for just $32.15, down from $47.99 with an on-page coupon.

So how does this quiet killer get the job done? First, its UV light attracts the bugs, then its fan pulls them in. The sticky glue board finishes the job and makes sure the bug stays put. Since light attracts the bugs, this trap is best used at night, but don’t worry about remembering to turn on the manual mode — the trap’s automatic mode kicks in at night all by itself.

If you have a genuine bug infestation, don’t expect this trap to perform miracles. But for those with gnats that won’t leave their houseplants alone, fruit flies always hanging around, or a few mosquitos that can’t take a hint, the Katchy bug trap is a great solution (especially in conjunction with some bug spray). Mashable’s assistant reviews editor Miller Kern swears by it for getting rid of gnats and the mosquitos in her own apartment.

Don’t let your summer be the bug struggle season. Check out the Katchy bug trap while it’s on sale at Amazon for a limited time only.
