It’s time to Wordle! A new puzzle is here for you to figure out and, as always, we’re also here to provide some tips and hints to help if you’re struggling.

If you want to get straight to it you can scroll all the way to the bottom of this article to get April 21’s Wordle answer. But if you want to try to guess it yourself, keep reading for some clues, tips, and strategies to help you.

Originally created by engineer Josh Wardle as a gift for his partner, Wordle has become a daily habit for thousands around the globe. In fact, the word guessing game became so popular that it was bought and continues to be run by the New York Times, hopefully providing fodder for Wordle TikToks for years to come.

The puzzle game has also inspired numerous clones and variations, such as battle royale Squabble, music identification game Heardle, and iterations like Dordle and Quordle that have you trying to guess multiple words at once.

Not the day you’re after? Here’s the Wordle answer for April 20.

Why are there two different Wordle answers some days?

Though it is generally accepted that there is just one Wordle solution to rule them all on a single day, occasionally two different correct answers will share the spotlight. This is due to changes the New York Times made after acquiring the puzzle game.
