TL;DR: As of April 28, the Desklab Portable Touchscreen Monitor is on sale for $289.99, making it 58% off its regular price of $700.

Once you work with a dual-monitor setup, you’ll never go back to squinting at your tiny laptop screen. Whether you’re a graphic designer, witer, gamer, coder, or just stare at a lot of documents throughout the work day, having two screens can be quite the game-changer for productivity. But what happens when you have to work away from your desk?

The Desklab 4K Portable Monitor gives you a lightweight, 15.6-inch touchscreen to open up a world of possibilities when working on the fly. It connects to virtually any laptop (or desktop, smartphone, tablet, gaming console, etc.) via USB-C, HDMI, and 3.5mm auxiliary ports and requires no additional setup. Just plug it in and you’re ready to get stuff done anywhere.

It’s equipped with a low flicker, low blue light, and anti-glare 1080p touchscreen, which offers a more vivid display that shouldn’t cause the same kind of eye strain as your laptop or phone. There’s also built-in HiFi speakers and a quick 10ms response time, so binge-watching and gaming for hours on the go can be more enjoyable as well. With horizontal and vertical display modes, coders and designers can even work more efficiently — portrait mode fits more lines of code and offers new angles for editing graphics.

One lapse in the design is that there’s no built-in stand for the monitor — so, you’ll have to provide your own or snag one from the Desklab website to complete your setup. It comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable and an HDMI to mini HDMI cable. Any extra adapters you may need you’ll have to supply. Otherwise, the Desklab is an all-in-one powerhouse that can make working from anywhere a more efficient and effective experience.

Featured before, the Desklab 4K Portable Monitor is regularly $700. For a limited time, you can save 58% and get it for only $289.99.
