the Shark AV752 ION is at its lowest price ever at Amazon

SAVE 39%: Grab the Shark AV752 ION Robot Vacuum for just $139.99 as of April 28. That’s a savings of 39% (it usually costs $229.99), and its lowest price ever on Amazon.

Unless you have a kind of Cinderella complex, you shouldn’t still be vacuuming and mopping floors by hand — robot vacuums are here to do it for you. These little whirring discs come with all kinds of functionality, and don’t just clean, they entertain. More importantly though, they do the tedious job of Swiffering the floor, inch by inch, for you.

The Shark AV752 ION Robot Vacuum is no different. With its Tri-Brush System and powerful suction, this robovac can handle all sorts of surfaces, from hardwood to carpet. It’s got sensors to stop it from tumbling down the stairs and at just 3.4 inches tall, it’ll fit under sofas and shelves to get those areas that you previously had to nearly dislocate an arm to reach. 120 minutes of runtime means that it’s got the juice to get through multiple rooms before requiring recharging. Plus, the AV752 is wifi-enabled, so you can schedule or modify cleanings with the SharkClean app or through voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

Though it does what it’s designed to extremely well, the AV752 isn’t as advanced as some of Shark’s other robovacs, or some models from other brands out there. It lacks the Recharge & Resume feature, so if it runs out of battery mid-clean, it’ll start over from scratch after charging, instead of picking up where it left off. If you live in a mansion (or a relatively large home) this might be an issue, but apartment-dwellers shouldn’t have to worry, since its battery life is enough to get through many rooms. It also doesn’t have a self-cleaning brushroll or self-empty base, which just means that you’ll have to put a little more effort into disposing of the dust and grime it picks up, but if that isn’t a dealbreaker, then at $139.99, this is a great deal on a high-performing robot vacuum.
