TL;DR: As of May 13, the Robo 360° Rotation Smart AI Object Tracking Gimbal is on sale for 71% off, so you can get it for just $36.99 instead of $129.

Propping your phone up against a stack of books in the corner is fine, but there are far better ways to capture your content. The Robo Smart Gimbal, for instance, uses AI to help you capture hands-free content for social media, presentations, and more. Plus, it’s on sale for 71% off.

The Robo is equipped with 360-degree infinite rotation and a built-in innovative AI, which work together to track a target and capture it in motion. Once it detects your face, it starts taking photos or videos automatically, depending on what kind of content you’re looking to create. That means you can set it up and start filming your Instagram Reels, TikTok dances, remote lectures, or whatever else you have in mind. There’s no need to ask your roommate or a random stranger on the street to film you — this little gimbal is designed to serve as your personal recording assistant.

You can connect your phone vertically or horizontally, use pair mode to capture two people at once, and control everything remotely with a Bluetooth remote. Use the Apai Genie app to unlock even more features of the gimbal. It’s not the most intuitive app, as many reviewers have noted, but it does offer more ways to record content hands-free.

Here’s a sneak peek at the smart gimbal in motion:

You’ll need three AA batteries to get the gimbal to work (they’re not included), but not having to charge it regularly is definitely a bonus.

It’s usually $129, but you can save $92 for a limited time and pick up the Robo Smart Gimbal for only $36.99. That’s 71% in savings — and a whole lot more affordable than hiring a personal assistant to capture your content for you.

Prices subject to change.
