Amazon isn’t the only retailer with a holiday dedicated to massive discounts. Between June 2 and June 5, Walmart’s holding its own deals holiday: Walmart+ Weekend.
We spotted the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro on sale for just $119.99 — their lowest price ever — in phantom black, phantom silver, and phantom violet. The buds are regularly $199.99, so that’s an impressive 40% discount. The previous low price was $129.99.
As far as wireless earbuds go, the Galaxy Buds Pro are our top pick for Samsung users. They’re more professional (and less fun) than Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Live, but they also have a significantly more comfortable fit, more effective noise cancellation, and more impressive sound quality. As Mashable tech reporter Alex Perry noted, “This is a case where boring is better.”
The Galaxy Buds Pro offer eight hours of battery life (28 hours total with charging case), which is decent, but nothing to write home about. Plus, they have four ambient mode levels that help you let some outside noise in to stay aware of your surroundings, simple touch controls for music and answering calls, and an IPX7 water-resistant rating to keep them snug in sweat and rain.
