Usually $249, you can slash the cost down to just $229.99. It’s certainly not the lowest price they’ve ever been, but it’s still a good deal.
The AirPods Pro were originally released at the end of 2019, but are still the best AirPods to date (minus, of course, the AirPods Max). The new AirPods Pro are set to come out during the last quarter of 2022, but they’re guaranteed to cost a pretty penny. The first-generation AirPods Pro are still worth the purchase if you’re looking for solid wireless earbuds. And at a discount, they’re even better.
Beyond just sounding great, their active noise cancellation feature shuts out the world around you, thanks to the interchangeable silicone tips that seal in the sound. They also feature transparency mode, which is great for catching up on podcasts or listening to music while you go for runs. The battery life, as with most Apple products, could certainly be better at just 4.5 hours of listening time on a single charge. Fortunately, the case provides an extra 24 hours of listening time. It’s still not the most impressive battery life on the market, but it’ll do.
We may have to re-evaluate when the new AirPods Pro are released, but currently, the first-generation Pro buds still top our list for the best wireless earbuds for noise cancellation.
