I saw this and I wouldn’t mind it. As long as you can disable it like my Alexa. But a personal game butler would enhance PS5 and be seen as next gen just like the 3D audio, the new haptics, the adaptive triggers, the ease of communication with a built in mic, the SSD and VR.
I always thought these assistants like Siri, Bixby, Alexa, etc should have an avatar. When I had Personal Assistant on Google Android, you could have a male or female. This was the old one

And, the new versions.

Personal Assistant was great and you could give it any name you wished and customize that look. When I said,” Teresa?” It responded. “Teresa, send a text message.” And it did. Did things Siri and Google couldn’t do. And sounded better. Then Google bought the tech and the app. Then killed Personal Assistant. Same with Ivona text to speech. That voice, especially the English one, blew away Siri and Google assistant. Even Personal Assistant. Then Amazon scooped that up. That’s why Alexa sounds as good as she does. Because of Ivona tech. I was using and looking for Jarvis before Jarvis.
But giving the console tasks without lifting a finger would be great. Take a picture, record video, change options like sound, send friend invites, launch apps, etc. Make PS5 as futuristic as it can be and give it a personality. And a face.
