OnePlus Nord N20 SE silently launched after the OnePlus 10T

TL;DR

  • An ecommerce portal has listed the unannounced OnePlus Nord N20 SE.
  • The low-cost phone features a 50MP main camera, 33W charging, and a 5,000mAh battery.

OnePlus just unveiled its second flagship phone for the year, but it looks like a cheaper Nord has also made its way to the market.

The phone is called the OnePlus Nord N20 SE, and it’s listed on AliExpress (h/t GizmoChina) with a 50MP main camera, 2MP depth sensor, 33W charging, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The Nord N20 SE seems to be a downgrade version of the OnePlus Nord N20 that launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chip in April. The new low-cost phone comes bearing a Mediatek Helio G35 chip. The two-year-old SoC previously powered budget phones like the Poco C31 and multiple devices from Oppo and Xiaomi.

Like its older peers, the Nord N20 SE also has an affordable price tag. The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of the phone is listed for $199 on AliExpress, with sales starting on August 8. It looks like the phone will be made available in Europe before it hits other markets.

Other specs of the device include a 6.56-inch LCD display, an 8MP selfie shooter, expandable storage of up to 1TB, Oxygen OS 12.1, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and face unlock.

We still can’t find the device on OnePlus’ official websites. We’ll reach out to the company to confirm more details about it. This isn’t the first time a OnePlus phone was listed ahead of its launch on AliExpress. The same happened with the OnePlus Nord 2T before its official premiere.
