TL;DR
- Google will host a Google Pixel 7 launch event on October 6, 2022, at 10 AM ET.
- The launch will be an in-person affair in Brooklyn, NY.
- We expect the Pixel 7 series, the Pixel Watch, and possibly more to land at this show.
The Google Pixel 7 is probably going to be an iterative upgrade over last year’s Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Google has already shown off the devices in official imagery, which assures us the phones don’t have a dramatic redesign this year. We also know the phones will come with the second generation of Tensor, Google’s proprietary SoC.
It’s possible Google could have other hardware in store for us as well, although the Pixels and the Watch are the only real givens.
