Can’t blame the author. I tried 7 but couldn’t grab the essence of it then stopped playing it. After playing 8, i finally understood what DQ series “tried to tell”. Then i replayed 7, played 4,5,6,9, now looking forward to playing 3.
And i’ve said this multiple times. 8 shouldn’t be ported to 3DS. It should have been ported to the more powerful devices, Vita, Switch, PS4, or even PS3 at that time.
