Just like its Instant Pot brethren, the Instant Stand Mixer Pro handles multiple duties, like mixing cookie dough in its 7.4-qt stainless steel mixing bowl, or making a batch of bread with its dough hook. Its 600-watt motor should be able to handle any mixing job you throw at it. It also comes with a mixing paddle, whisk and removable pouring shield, 10 speed settings, and a digital timer so you can set it and (mostly) forget it. The mixer itself is pretty lightweight as well, so you can pick it up and move it around as you see fit.
