SAVE ON SWITCH GAMES: As of Feb. 9, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can purchase two Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers for $99.98 and redeem each one for digital copies of games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Pikmin 4, and more.

As of the most recent Nintendo Switch Direct, Switch owners have plenty to look forward to. But most fans of the Big N can agree on one thing: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the most hotly-anticipated games of the year, for the Switch or any console.

But not even Hyrule is inflation-proof. With Nintendo confirming that the newest entry in the Zelda series will retail for $69.99, fans will have to pony up additional rupees if they want to bring home the Breath of the Wild sequel.

Luckily, there’s a way to save on Tears of the Kingdom as well as new releases like Pikmin 4 in addition to other new Switch titles. Right now, active Nintendo Switch Online members can purchase a pair of Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers(Opens in a new tab) and redeem each for one digital game.

Eligible games include upcoming titles like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Pikmin 4, and Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp as well as current releases like Fire Emblem Engage, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Splatoon 3, and many more.

Each voucher can be redeemed for one digital game listed in the voucher catalog. For example, you could feasibly purchase both Tears of the Kingdom and Pikmin 4 for $99.98 instead of the $129.98 MSRP it would otherwise require without these vouchers. That’s the cheapest you’ll find either game right now.

The vouchers will be active for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, and you don’t have to use both at the same time. You can have eight active vouchers simultaneously, and you’ll also earn My Nintendo Gold Points worth 5% of your total paid amount by purchasing.

According to Nintendo, there are more games being added to the voucher catalog on a regular basis. So if Zelda isn’t your jam, there’s bound to be something available that is. So whether you just want to save a bundle on the newest upcoming Switch titles or feel like growing your collection, this is a great deal to get behind.
