finally… this is one of the best features on xb and I’m so glad ps has it too. first time i experienced it on xbo with quantum break. I installed the game from disc and then one day i saw its icon on my dash saying gamepass. so i clicked on it and it started playing… without needing the disc. Now obviously if the game is removed from GP then I’d have to use the disc to play but that was cool.
So glad this is being fixed on PS. If I no longer subscribe to PS+ it is nice to know my disc versions would still work without having to reinstall.
