Netflix’s Love is Blind reunion now won’t be going live tonight as originally planned, and will instead be a prerecorded special uploaded at a later date.

The live Love is Blind special was meant to begin airing at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET, bringing back the contestants to rehash their time looking for love on the dating show. However, this start time came and went without any sign of the livestream.

Netflix’s official Twitter account then posted that the Love is Blind special would start in 15 minutes(Opens in a new tab) and promised it would be worth the wait(Opens in a new tab). Unfortunately that didn’t happen either, and fans will now have to wait significantly longer to see the reunion.

“To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned,” Netflix said via its official Twitter.(Opens in a new tab) “We’re filming it now and we’ll have it on Netflix as soon as humanly possible. Again, thank you and sorry.”

Netflix’s apology came an hour and a half after the Love is Blind reunion special had been scheduled to start, with reality show fans having passed the time by revelling in the drama.
