Consequences that NINTENDO has foisted in him?
It was a COURT that decided how much money he had to pay for the criminal activities he performed. It’s not Nintendo that suddenly decided he would have to pay them $10mill.
Out of all the things that Nintendo can be said to be given a free pass, this really isnt one of them. Its no different than any other case where a company goes after pirates, cheat makers, etc. It is ultimately a court that will determine if they are guilty and if it does, how much they have to pay back
