Good point, well made. Surely older people, on average, have greater financial stability. If they’re retired, or the kids have moved out, they’ll also have more time. Now that gaming isn’t quite as shunned by the mainstream, thanks to people having grown up with it in their lives, you’d think they’d better cater to the older demographic.
TV channels recognised long ago that it’s largely older people that watch daytime TV. They’ve tailored their programmes for that audience. Gaming could do this to some degree. There are people out there that have been gaming since Pong!
