It offers a promising mix of everything I’d want from a new FF title — an intriguing narrative with unique characters, a fascinating world to explore, and exciting combat to get to grips with. There’s clearly a lot of potential here, and despite some reservations about maps or the lack of minigames, everything I have seen so far points to this being a success.”
