Fair. That Epic money helped them further finance and improve their game (which in turn will benefit Steam buyers, albeit, eventually) when it was needed.

Big Studios accepting these payouts is something different but I completely understand these indies (first time studio) taking the cash for timed exclusivity becuase they probably need it.
