If there’s one thing horror has taught us, it’s that spending any length of time in an abandoned hotel isn’t the best idea.
In Bad Things, Stewart Thorndike’s women-led twist on The Shining, a group of friends decide to do exactly that after Ruthie (Gayle Rankin) inherits a hotel from her grandmother. Cue repressed childhood memories resurfacing and group tensions turning increasingly violent. Hari Nef, Rad Pereira, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Jared Abrahamson, and Molly Ringwald also star in Shudder‘s new horror/thriller.
Bad Things is available to stream on Shudder from Aug. 18.
