Oh yeah, Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins to the Moon. That is still one of the best atmospheres I have ever encountered in a game. The way everything slots itself perfectly when we talk about the scenario, the stories and the characters creating this extremely melancholic atmosphere that builds on itself the more you explore is terrific. And given that a remaster for newer platforms would also help – not fix, but help – with its largest drawback was the terrible “motion-based” combat. I would definitely dig it.
And Xenosaga is probably on the top list of any jRPG fan. So there is very little to say about them.
