Full of shoot-outs, chase scenes, and more, the trailer for The Killer promises another stylish nail-biter from David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club).
The film stars Michael Fassbender as an assassin with a clear-cut routine. He does yoga before each kill, destroys the evidence, then repeats. “Stick to the plan,” he tells himself throughout the teaser, along with reminders to banish empathy and only fight the people he’s sent to kill.
However, after a fateful near-miss triggers an international manhunt for him, the assassin will have to battle his employers, face his inner demons, and do the one thing the plan doesn’t allow for: improvise.
The Killer opens in select theaters Oct. 27, and will be streaming on Netflix Nov. 10.
