It’s not as easy as you think, especially for publicy traded company like CDPR. With a large and long project like Cyberpunk, there is plenty unknown variables along the way i.e.: Covid-19, new tech, etc. They need release dates to earn and keep the trust of stakeholders. I would prefer to invest in a transparent company that pushes the dates slightly than in one that doesn’t share any info about the progress.
