The Indiana Hoosiers and Illinois Fighting Illini men’s basketball teams are scheduled to meet in a Big Ten Conference contest at State Farm Center in Champaign, Illinois, on Saturday, Jan. 27. The game is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. ET/2 p.m. CT. 

Indiana comes into the matchup 12-7 overall and 4-4 in the Big Ten. Most recently, Wisconsin beat the IU Hoosiers 91-79 on Jan 19. After the first 19 games, Malik Reneau is the top scorer for Indiana with 16.5 points per game.

Illinois, ranked No. 10 in The Associated Press poll, enters the contest 14-5 overall and 5-3 in the Big Ten. On Wednesday, Northwestern beat Illinois 96-91 in overtime. Marcus Domask has scored the most points this season for Illinois with 287 points in 19 games for the Illini, and it gives him an average of 15.1 points per contest. Terrence Shannon Jr. is leading Illinois with 20.5 points per game, and he has played in 13 of the team’s 19 games.
