It would take a hell of a lot to “fail”. CoD have been criticized by people like Momkey602 above for years and years and years, but nothing changes, it is infact a gaming institution for many.
Reviews don’t make CoD fail as it might with other games, because CoD is not an only Hardcore gamers game, the large portion of CoD players don’t read reviews or give a shit to read one. As long as the formula stays similar they will play the next one, there are gamers who play nothing else, very similar to Madden.
The multipleplayer including Warzone is what people show up for, the campaign that can be hit or miss is the afterthought…CoD ain’t going anywhere like some of you hardcore gamers might hope for.
