Asus ROG Ally deal: Save $200 at Best Buy

SAVE $200: The Asus ROG Ally handheld gaming system is on sale for $399.99. That’s $200 off its regular price of $599.99 and a discount of 37%.

Love playing PC games on the go, but don’t want to buy a Steam Deck? You’ve got a couple of alternatives, including the Asus ROG Ally. While the Nintendo Switch is a fun option for most, for anyone with a large library of PC games, the Ally is a great Steam Deck competitor that has plenty of resources to run games like Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur’s Gate 3, and other favorites. And it’s on sale right now.

As of Feb. 15, the Asus ROG Ally is available for $399.99 at Best Buy. That’s $200 down from its original price of $599.99 and a discount of 37%. This is no slouch of a sale, especially if you’ve been trying to decide on which handheld you want to spend your money on.

The ROG Ally is more than just a portable player for all your Steam games. It’s actually a miniature PC that you can treat like a handheld gaming system. It runs on Windows 11, and it boasts a souped-up Ryzen Z1 CPU that gives it plenty of performance power no matter which game you want to take with you. Its 7-inch 1080p LED screen with 120Hz refresh rate means your favorite shooters run crisply and without issue, and its 16GM of RAM and 512GB of storage do the rest of the heavy lifting.

And while you can leave the house with this bad boy, you’re still going to want to stick around at home for a lot of your gaming. You can play for about 1.5 hours on Turbo or Performance Mode, and three hours on normal mode or standby. It’s more than likely you’ll find this device at its best if you want to move from the PC to the bed or couch and play from there.

Mashable Deals

Either way, $200 off is a great deal, so get yours while you can.
