Personally, Sonic forces wasn’t bad. Just okay. The classic sonic stages were mediocre and the story can be very inconsistent. Also, the fact that they teased Chaos as a boss only for him to not be a boss fight was a cruel tease. Still, the gameplay can be enjoyable, the character creator is decent and I really dig the soundtrack. Each to their own of course.
Also, I actually kinda like Infinite. It’s a shame his backstory was weak (no pun intended).
