SAVE $38: As of May 3, get Star Wars: Squadrons for Xbox from the Microsoft Store for just $1.99. That’s 95% off.

Who hasn’t watched Star Wars and wanted to fly an X-Wing or a TIE Fighter? If you raised your hand, we’re wondering if you might hate having fun. Because as far as Star Wars games go, there are few cooler things than hopping into a ship, taking off into space, and going pew-pew against the bad guys. If that’s something you want to try, then Star Wars: Squadrons is definitely your jam – especially at this super low price, just in time to celebrate Star Wars Day.

As of May 3, get Star Wars: Squadrons on Xbox for just $1.99 at the Microsoft Store. That’s $38 off its normal price of $39.99 and a discount of 95%.

This space combat game may have come out in 2020, but it feels just as fresh as ever with a great single-player campaign and multiplayer options. Set after Return of the Jedi, it lets you hop into the cockpit of both the New Republic’s Vanguard Squadron and the Empire’s Titan Squadron. There are plenty of ships to fly with tight, flashy combat that makes you feel like you’re actually in the Star Wars universe.

Mashable’s Senior Games Reporter Adam Rosenberg said Squadrons is “hands down the very best space combat sim this series has ever seen,” praising its depth, thrilling combat, and objective-based Fleet Battle mode. But honestly, at just $2, anyone should be able to eke some enjoyment out of it.
