Easy money. While Sony is investing in live service games to try and be successful in the GaaS space, all it took from MS, was to release some more of its own live service games and voilà! Success!
It´s win win situation for everyone really. MS gets their money and MAU from Playstation gamers. Sony gets their 30% cut. Xbox gamers gets everything Xbox first party related day one on Gamepass. Playstation gamers gets Xbox games to play on their preferred platform.
So yeah, I can definitely see more Xbox games coming to Playstation and Nintendo in the future.
